When the 1994 Impala SS was introduced, you could have it in any color you wanted, if you wanted black; but for 1995 and 1996, Chevrolet added two more colors: Dark Cherry, and Dark Green Gray Metallic (DGGM). In its final year, roughly 1/4 of these cars were DGGM, so this color is the rarest of the three.
