Chevrolets Corvair and Chevy II were losing ground, so it was clear it was time for a new car and thus the Chevelle was born. Unveiled in 1964 the Chevelle hit the market in a big way and would become an automotive icon and one of Chevrolets most successful name plates seeing 3 generations spanning only 13 years. Here we have a 66, the next to last last year of the 1st generation, and an SS model to boot! It is a 13817-code car on the vin which confirms an original SS396 2-door Sport Coupe! As you approach this car you cant help but grin. The silver paint is very sharp and shows off every bold angle of this muscle car. She is sitting on 275/60/15 tires in the rear and 215/70/15 in the front. The SS wheels coupled that with the bright chrome and wow does she have a presence! Inside you are in for a treat.
