Back when it was new, it was treated with Ziebart rust proofing. Truck comes equipped with a powerful 454 V8 motor which was professionally swapped in California and is 50 state emissions legal. The engine was a Chevrolet crate engine fitted with a Edelbrock intake, Edelbrock carburetor and Doug Thorley headers. The drive train was upgraded with stronger ton axles. 14 bolt full float rear axle and a 10 bolt 8 lug axle in the front with Warn hubs. Gears are 3.73 so it can be driven on the highway with no issues. Transmission a TH350 with a TransGo shift kit. Transfer case was also upgraded with a stronger NP205 and was fitted with an Offroad Design twin stick shifter and new driveshafts. 4 lift with Rancho shocks clears the 35 BFG All Terrain tires with Pro Comp 8 lug polished aluminum wheels. K5 has a tow hitch receiver, sidesteps, cowl induction steel hood, new grille, and new molding over the entire body. Interior features freshly reupholstered seats, new carpet, new door panels, new headliner, aftermarket Bluetooth stereo with amp, tilt steering, and factory tach. All receipts kept from previous owner which is the size of book.
