Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is proud to present this 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Tribute. The Chevelle was produced from 1964-1977. Designed as a mid-sized car that was sold in coupes, convertibles, sedans and station wagons. This first generation Chevelle was manufactured from 1964-1967. The Chevelle SS was slated as Chevrolets competitor in the new muscle car market. By1966 the Chevelle SS was being offered with a 396 big block V-8. A new simulated scooped hood, special badging and bright exterior trim let everyone know you were driving something special. This 1967 Sunkist orange Chevrolet Chevelle Tribute is powered to move with a 454 bored out to a 468 cubic inch monster. An engine that has been completely rebuilt with A Crane roller cam, Pete Jackson gear drive timing gears/ high end pistons, Weiand intake, MSD Automic EFI w, handheld programmer, MSD ignition, MSD distributor, March pullies/ power steering pump and Hooker ceramic coated headers. This is all attached to a Saginaw T10 four-speed manual transmission transferring power to a Strange TruTrac S60 rear differential. Added features include a Hurst shifter, Aeromotive Stealth Gen 11 gas tank, clutch/ flywheel, starter, Flowmaster 3 exhaust and Strange adjustable shocks. Stopping power consists of Four-wheel Wilwood Dynalite Pro vented disk brakes w/ updated brake lines and emergency brake cables. The black vinyl interior in this 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Tribute has also been redone with a new headliner, seats, center console, dash pad, door panels, window cranks, door handles, seatbelts, Autometer gauges and an Infinity retro style AM/FM radio. Distinguishable other features are SS badging, raised white letter tires, Cragar five-spoke alloy wheels, a Wolf custom car cover and power steering.
