The last 944 we had available lead to an annoyingly high number of calls and emails. All kidding aside, we know you Porsche fans just love these things so we are delighted to have another to offer. Outwardly this autobahn leader still looks darn good despite being 33 years since it rolled off the assembly line. The body looks good, as does fit and finish. And it comes with a nice set of chrome plated alloy wheels, which really set it off. As if it being a red 944 was not already enough. Inside the car looks quite good. The interior shows little wear, and would not take much to be spectacular. The owner indicates all installed options are working, including air conditioning, AM/FM/CD radio, sunroof, power windows-mirror-seats, power steering and power brakes. Pop the hood and youll find Porsches base 2.7-liter, eight-valve 4 cylinder engine rated at 163 hp, connected to the preferred 5-speed manual transmission. While it may not sound like a lot of ponies by todays standards, dont tell the car that because it will show you a very good time. 944s are very good looking cars, little brother to the larger V8 928s but to some, much better looking.
