The 1964-1977 models were based off the Chevelle platform which was a brilliant move by GM as the first generation was based off a standard station wagon. This 74 is a two tone gray and charcoal with gray cloth interior that was reupholstered in 2004. The small block V8 provides ample power which is transferred through an automatic transmission. The engine has a little help from an Edelbrock intake, serpentine belt system, Accel Super Coil distributor, aluminum radiator w/ dual electric fans and a transmission cooler. Out back is a Sure Track real axle with 3:54 gears and posi traction, 4 wheel disc brakes and 2 inch drop spindles in the front. This car is equipped with A/C, power steering, power brakes, AM/FM/CD, Pioneer speakers, Kenwood amp, tilt column, Viper alarm and tint. Recent maintenance in 2020 included a new battery and starter, the brake system was flushed and new hood hinges were installed.
