Corvette had been performing well, both on the track and on paper. Recently off the successful and well received C1 design the C2 debuted in 1963 and the world was ready. The launch of the C2 Sting Ray captivated America and nearly everybody was itching to get behind the wheel of what would become one of the most loved generations of the long running Corvette line! Especially considering the C2 era only spanned from 1963-67. Speaking of getting behind the wheel, now over 50 years removed you have the same opportunity. Here we have a nice 64 model convertible. The black paint looks sharp and the black soft top looks in great shape. This is a factory 900 paint code car, so she is originally a black car! The interior is a rarer 491 code for silver vinyl which you certainly dont see as often. Per the owner, under the hood is a rebuilt RD code 300hp 327ci V8 that is believed original to this car. Power is ran down through a rebuilt 4-speed manual transmission that sure makes her fun to drive! Mileage on the car is ~1500 and per the owner is since rebuilt.
