VEHICLE DESCRIPTION

Used 1980 Triumph TR7 for sale in Kenosha, Wisconsin

Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is proud to present this 1980 Triumph TR-7 convertible. The first Triumph automobile was produced in 1923. The company formally became the Triumph Motor Company in 1930. Eventually the company was bought out by Leland Motors in 1960. The Triumph brand was retired completely in 1984. The Triumph TR-7 was produced from 1974-1981. In 1975 the TR-7 hit the shores of the United States becoming an instant hit with its standout wedge design. Produced as both a hardtop and convertible. This 1980 Triumph TR-7 convertible is painted in classic white with a black top. Alloy wheels and black pinstriping are nice additions. The tan plaid cloth bucket seats are accented with matching door panel inserts. Under the hood is a 1,998cc (2.0) I4 engine attached to a five-speed manual transmission. The independent front suspension, front and rear anti-roll bars and front disk brakes make for a responsive little sportscar. A fun in the sun convertible that is just a blast to drive on the beautiful summer days.
