The original Dodge Super Bee was based on the Dodge Coronet two-door coupe, and was produced from 1968 until 1970. It was Dodges low-priced muscle car and rebranded and mildly distinguished from the Plymouth Road Runner. The origin of the name, Super Bee, has its basis in the B Body designation pertinent to Chryslers mid-sized cars, including the Road Runner and Charger. Our 69 Dodge Coronet is equipped with Mopars biggest motor available at the time, the 440ci matched up to a 3-speed 727 torque flight automatic transmission. Wearing a Classic Black over Dark Blue paint job, this Coronet demands attention at every traffic light, car show or drag strip!
