With tighter emission standards in the United States, the XJ6 was fitted with a six- cylinder engine to accommodate the tighter restrictions. Many have considered the XJ to be the most beautiful car Jaguar ever made. Under the hood of this beauty is a 4.2-liter inline six -cylinder engine attached a three-speed automatic transmission.
