Under the hood is a Chevrolet V8 displacing 400 cubic inches partnered to a turbo 400 3-speed automatic transmission. This tried-and-true setup has seen many miles put on it, as the Plymouth has travelled all over the country with the seller of the vehicle. In order to make sure the Plymouth stays up to snuff, the transmission was rebuilt in 2020 and shifts like a dream. The engine was completely redone in 2012 including a valve job, a VooDoo camshaft, polishing the crankshaft, and new bearings throughout. Although not built as a race engine, in this light Plymouth body it surely moves out! Options include: AM/FM/Cassette, Power Brakes, power Windows, Tilt Steering Wheel, Seat Belts, and a Kill Switch.
