This Z28 finished in Red with the classic twin Black racing stripes with cowl induction hood that you would expect. Under the hood is not the original but the correct 302 DZ block V0822DZ engine. It was built and installed in 2000. It includes factory Winters intake, exhaust manifolds, and exhaust. The exhaust system complete with factory correct hangers was installed in 2021. Power steering was added to the car in 2009. The transmission is a wide ratio Muncie 4 speed with a vehicle specific Hurst shifter added in 2005. The clutch is a hybrid Zoom street and strip unit that was installed in 2019. He brakes are power assisted front disc and rear drum. The brake booster, master cylinder and all the rear lines were replaced in 2021. The rear axle is a street friendly 3:55 12 bolt factory posi-traction unit that was last serviced in 2018. The interior has been treated to new dash pad and front seat covers in 2004. It has factory standard seat belts in all 4 seating positions. An aftermarket wood steering wheel has been added and a modern AM FM CD player and speakers were installed in2014. The front suspension was rebuilt in 2000 and the rear suspension was done in 2021 with new springs, bushings, and shackles to factory specifications. The shocks are Koni units. A multi angle wheel alignment was also done in 2021. This car has obviously been loved and pampered by its owner and that is a good thing.
