The Bel Air was a fresh design but had limited trims for its first generation between ’50-’54. The Bel Air would see 7 generations spanning 2 decades in the United States. One thing is for certain, the second generation took the market by storm. Even today, over 65 years later these tri-five (55-57) Chevys are beloved by many across multiple generations. Here we have a ’55 model and she has seen an extensive number of upgrades to make her comfortable and reliable to drive.
