This unique truck had a compete restoration done in 2006, which included all major components like the body, engine, frame, etc. Moving this hefty pickup and its haul wherever it needs to go is believed to be the original 239 Flathead V8 engine, paired with a new C3 3-Speed automatic transmission, that was installed in mid-2018.
