For sale in our St. Louis showroom is a 1947 Ford Woody. Its hard not to appreciate a classic Ford Woody Wagon. Originally these were equipped with either a six cylinder or a flat head V8. This Woody Wagon has been nicely updated with a Chevrolet small block V8 LT1 350 700R4 automatic transmission with overdrive and a Ford 9 rear end with 3.73 gears. Most street rods we come across from this era are heavily modified with chopped tops and other major custom touches. This Woody has an original look to it with the exception of the updated 17 Billet Specialty aluminum wheels wrapped in Dunlop radials for a nice safe ride. Further enhancing the ride and enjoyment of this beautiful Woody are a Fatman front end with 11 power disc brakes and power steering. Other tasteful upgrades include a Kenwood DVD player with flip up screen Memphis Audio subs speakers and three amps. Adding to the comfort of your ride is Vintage heat and air conditioning and Viper red leather bench seats front and rear. Some other interior touches include Ididit steering column and restored original gauges all in working order. Under the hood youll notice the nicely trimmer engine bay with billet aluminum valve covers and intake cover aluminum Walker radiator and Gotta Show steal braided hoses. The Woody has cover just under 5000 miles and looks incredible. The wood consist of Birds Eye Maple and African Mahogany and the steel sections of the body are painted in House of Kolor Black Pearl. This really gives the car a great unmistakable look.
