When the current owner purchased the car from his Grandmother, he removed the factory 350cid V8 and replaced it with a 402cid V8 from a 1972 Chevrolet truck. The odometer reads 61,881 on the chassis and the 402cid V8 has 15,000 miles since its rebuild and instillation. It has a Turbo 350 automatic transmission that was also rebuilt at the same time the engine was replaced and has 15,000 on it as well. Out back there is a 12 bolt posi rear end with 4:11 gears.
