VEHICLE DESCRIPTION

Used 1935 Ford Cabriolet for sale in Alpharetta, Georgia

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to have this 1935 Ford Cabriolet listed for sale. The consignor states this piece of Ford history, is a 3-owner example, which had been completely redone in 1963, by the previous owner when he bought the car - selling it in 2015 to the current owner. The previous owner was a very much hands-on gentleman - as he did the restoration on many cars - this being his favorite! He updated the engine by installing a 1946 Flat Head V-8 adding a whopping 30 more horses - and retained the paperwork and warranty card! The car was originally Green, and was repainted in Red. You can tell this car has been pampered just by the over-all condition of a 57-yr old restoration! When purchased in 2015, the seller informed the buyer that the engine has ~8-10k miles since the rebuild - and now estimates she has no more than 11k-miles! Her power is handled through a 3-speed manual transmission, and runs fine. This Cabriolet is what GCC would consider to be a driver quality paint job - and shows well at 10. All the trim, bumpers, and emblems, all show very well with no dings or dents. Her Black top shows to be in good condition, as well as her 2-tone Black/White vinyl interior. The same theme was carried into the rumble seat compartment - tying it all together. The consignor states the car will come with a new-not installed-rubber floor mat - as he was leaving that up to the next owner to decide if they want to keep the air-horn cables and fire extinguisher that are currently mounted to the floor board. The owner added turn signals, seat belts for front passengers, a new battery, as well as suppling some manuals, documents, and receipts.
