VEHICLE DESCRIPTION

Used 1941 Dodge WC for sale in Englewood, Colorado

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this beautiful 1941 Dodge WC ½ Ton in our Denver Showroom! Dodge was the U.S. Armys main supplier of 1/2-ton trucks, and its sole supplier of both 3/4-ton trucks and 1-1/2-ton six-by-six trucks in World War II. With over a quarter million units built through August 1945, the G502 3/4-tons were the most common variants in the WC series. WC was not an abbreviation of Weapons Carrier, but a Dodge model code - initially W for 1941, and C for half-ton rating. However, the WC model code was retained for both the 3/4-ton and 1-1/2-ton 6x6 Dodges - as well as for the subsequent model years. This is a prime example of a 1941 Dodge Pickup, and has been restored meticulously. Featuring a rebuilt 230 CI Straight 6 Motor with a 4-Speed Manual Transmission with 200 miles since rebuild! This truck is capable of going through the elements, and will keep a smile on your face while youre going through the gears. This 1941 WC ½ ton features a 9 5/8 rear end, with 5.83 gear ratio. Its stunning 3M Matte Green paint is a head turner, and is very durable. With a brown leather bench seat, youll be comfortable during your next cruise, parade or off-road joyride. The bed is fresh, and features gorgeous wood with gloss coating and green painted inlays with polished rivets. The restoration was completed by completed by Customizing Classics in NM. The rear wheels can be flipped around to mount bud nuts which allows a dual wheel set-up to be attached! Dont miss your opportunity to own a great piece of American History our Denver Showroom. It can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and a HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
