There is no question that in the 1967-72 and the 1973-1987 GM truck line up, the short wheelbase fleet side is now the most sought-after styling on the market. This truck has undergone a full frame off restoration, with pictures to show, about two years ago and is show ready. During the restore, the frame was powder coated and even the nuts and bolts were replaced, along with the body mounts. This is pretty much a new truck when referencing the age of the frame, nuts and bolts, paint, interior, wheels and tires, and even the windshield is new. Powering this C10 is a new GM crate 350 CID V8 with less than 5k miles on it that is mated to the rebuilt and original automatic transmission and rear end. This truck could easily be an everyday driver or even take you on a cross country PowerTour or road trip. The beautiful white DBC base coat paint was done by Rays Auto Body in Winter Haven FL. Take notice to the sleek bed cover that was custom ordered for a sleek appearance. There are also bags in the rear suspension that is adjustable for pulling. This feature is powered by a small tank behind the seat and controlled by a button in the ashtray. The current owner wanted an original look with the drive as if you just purchased this C10 in 1981. Inside the cab of this truck you will notice that the dash, seats, door panels, and carpet are all blue and have been redone to appear as new. Features include; Air conditioning, AM/FM radio, CD player, cruise control, Hub caps, power brakes and steering, power locks, power windows, tilt wheel, seat belts, vinyl interior, white letter radial tires with rally wheels. More notable replaced items to mention would be the front grille, front end, steering box, power steering pump, brakes and tires, battery, and even the radiator are also all new.
