Named the “Blue Gorilla this beast of a car is built to run with the best of the best. Built by Hellbent Race Cars out of New York, this car was professional made in 2016. This is literally like a brand new Chevelle from the paint and sheet metal, to the drivetrain, and even the custom interior. This car comes with over $100,000 in documented receipts from Hell Bent Race Cars, Lukes Auto Customs INC (paint and body), JM Performance (custom built performance drivetrain), and Masters Touch Custom interior. This car even comes with a copy of a Dyno report that proves the car is capable of almost 775 horsepower on pump gas the way it sits! Powering this custom built Chevelle is a 582 CID V8 Shafiroff engine, mated to a Select Turbo 400 automatic transmission that pushes the power to the ground though a Moser 12 Bolt rear end with WaveTrac and 3.73 gears. Notable drive train features include; Black Diamond quick fuel dominator, duel external crank case breather system, electric water pump, Ron Davis radiator with dual fans, Strange chrome moly drive shaft, 35 spline Moser axels, custom fuel tank placement, Magnafuel regulator, Prostar 500 Magnafuel pump and filters, fabricated headers to fit inside the frame rails with custom exhaust only using Kooks material, Fully plumped with Red Horse performance lines and fittings, and so much more! This car has had only 480 miles put on it since being built in NY and brought to Florida after the proud owner retired. When walking around this car you might wonder how the body panels look so straight on a car that is almost 50 years old, well during the frame off restoration, Lukes Customs replaced the roof, fenders, inner and outer 1/45, and even door skins with new GoodMark Body Panels and boxed the frame. Then proceeded to spray a beautiful blue metallic paint on the car and bumpers. Looking at the truck lid, there is a custom airbrushed Gorilla Mural that has been clear coated over. The owner wanted to go with a different look, no stripes and minimal chrome on the body. The offset 18 front and 20 rear Foose rims wrapped in Mikey Thompson tires gives this car has a great stance. If you look closely you will see the quality of the build by noting the rear fenders being rolled in to accommodate a bigger wheel in the rear without tubbing it out. It also has WIlwood disc brakes plumped with stainless hardlines and braided flex lines.
