Used 1967 Morris Minor for sale in Kenosha, Wisconsin
Gateway Classic Cars is excited to present this 1967 Morris Minor 1000 at our Milwaukee location. The Morris Minor was built from 1948-1971 in Great Britain. Over the years the Minor was produced by three different companies including Morris Motors, British Motor Company and British Leyland. Three series models were manufactured in the Minors long run. The MM was produced from 1948-1955 and the Series II was produced from 1952-1956. Our 1967 Morris Minor was manufactured from 1956- 1971. Variations of the Minor have included models consisting of two-doors, 4-doors, panel vans and pickup trucks. Over its long run, the Morris Minor sold an astonishing 1.6 million units before production ended. In 1956 the Morris 1000 received major updates to keep the car competitive into the 1960s. The 1000 was so named because of its new 948cc engine. Many changes were made to the body pressings including the roof, scuttle and bonnet panels. A large wraparound rear window and a one-piece windshield improved visibility and lent to a more modern appearance. Our 1957 Morris Minor 1000 two-door model is a great example of British automotive history. Beautiful purple paint accented with black vinyl seats makes this car pop. Under the hood is the original 948cc rebuilt engine attached to a four- speed transmission. This restored gem is in perfect shape and will absolutely turn heads wherever it goes.
