Our Cadillac Series 75 Formal Sedan is one of only 2,069 units manufactured in 1939. The 75 series is an astonishing 225.1 inches long with curb weight of 4900lbs. Body changes in 1939 included a new pointed grille with functional side grilles which were diecast with finch bars. The trunk now has the appearance of being an integral part of the body. Cadillac bodies are now completely all steel except for the wooden main sills. Optional side mounted tire covers were hinged to the front fenders. An option which this exceptional Series 75 has appointed with. New in 1939 were other advancements like a tube and fin radiator, seashell horns, and 10mm sparkplugs.
