The fourth generation of the B and C body cars were built for the model years of 1971-1976 and were completely redesigned. These full-sized vehicles were made much larger and heavier than their predecessors and styling changes included curved body styles, long hoods, and wide expanses of glass. Convertibles had a new top design to permit a full-width rear seat. This very original Le Sabre Convertible comes with a very interesting history as it was a parade car in the 1975 Indy 500 driven by a GM Employee who then purchased the car after the parade. You can tell by the Red, White, and Blue colors that were only used on the parade cars. She comes equipped with a 455 CID V8 engine and 3-speed automatic transmission that both operate well and make the car a pleasure to drive.
