Steam which was efficient quiet and powerful but very dangerous. Electricity which had the same qualities as steam but could barely go 5 miles before having to charge. Then there was the Gasoline motor. It was dirty, crude and hard to operate but a man named Henry Ford would change all of that. He liked the ever-evolving power you could get from a gasoline engine so when he decided to build the affordable car to the masses it was an easy decision to go with the gasoline motor. In 1914 his streamlined process known as the assembly line was used to produce the now legendary Model T. It would prove to be the automobile available to the masses. This 1925 Model T has its original 4 cylinder motor under its spit butterfly style hood. The 2.9 liter 177 CID engine out an average of 20 horse power. The spoked wheels are true wood and in great shape. The black paint is period correct and protects the metal body nicely. Open the door and hop in the cab and you will be thrown back to a different time. With a couple of levers on the steering wheel, a series of pedals on the floor and a huge lever you know this Model T is as original as it gets. With most of these being cut up and turned into hotrods or scraped during WWII all original Ts are definitely getting hard to find.
