This car is not only “technically an original owner car, she has been in the states since 7/27/86, and well documented with owners manual, and certificate. The GT5S replaced the GT5 in 85, Vin #s analyzed by the Pantera Owners Club of America said records show less than 183 of these cars were built for the 1986 model year. The S stood for steel and featured single piece flared steel fenders instead of the GT5s bolted-on fiberglass flares, and smaller steel front air dam. This example is finished in a very nice Coral Red paint job, and Black Leather interior. To say this one is an “eye catcher is a bit of un under-statement - as she is a work of art on wheels! WOW - is all one can say!! This fine example is powered by a 351 cu. In Cleveland V-8 mated to a ZF 5-speed manual transmission. History shows Ford had stopped producing the Cleveland 351s for public use - however - it was produced by Ford for Nascar - and they sold the motors to DeTomaso.
