Up for sale in our Tampa Showroom is this beautiful 1971 Chevrolet Corvette. This gnarly ride sure sticks out with its 1969 Camaro Hugger Orange paint job! The orange is offset nicely with a white strip on the hood and chrome Rev wheels. Under the hood is a period correct 355 mated to a rebuilt turbo 400 automatic transmission with a 1500 stall converter and 4.11 rear gears. Additional engine upgrades include a Comp 294H cam, Comp Roller Rockers, Double Roller Timing Chain, ARP head bolts, Edelbrock aluminum heads, Torker intake manifold, Edelbrock Endurashine 600 carb, aluminum water pump and Holly fuel pump. There is a DeWitts high performance aluminum radiator under the hood, hooker long tube headers, and a Magnaflow stainless exhaust system on this vehicle. The problematic vacuum headlight actuators have been converted to electric motors. New parts also include door and t top seals, parking light lenses, frame coating, brake calipers, lines, the rotors have been turned and new wheel bearings. The original interior has been restored as well. This particular vehicle was published in Motoring Tampa Bay in November 2017.
