For sale at our Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago Showroom is this 1994 Ford Mustang GT. This fourth Generation Mustang was the first major body change for Mustangs since 1979. The 5.0 L 302 CID engine was only available in this generation in 1994 and 1995 making this Mustang a somewhat rare find. It was painted in Chrome Yellow from the factory and it still sports the original paint which has been well maintained with a great shine still reflecting off the paint. The original 5.0 engine lies under the hood with a K/N Cold-Air Intake to help it breathe better. Its hooked up to the original 5 speed manual transmission with a nice aluminum pistol grip shifter for easy and exciting shifting. The engine noise is emitted through an upgraded dual Magna Flow exhaust coming out the rear giving this Mustang an aggressive sound. The interior has remained stock but has been dressed up a bit. It sports a clean white speedometer and gauges and the pedals have been swapped out with aluminum GT pedals for all three pedals and the foot rest. The seats were finished in black and grey cloth that have been kept in great shape. It also has the Saleen Styling bar for when you drop the clean black automatic soft top. The front headlights have been swapped out with the cleaner looking Cobra Headlights, and the taillights have also been changed but the originals remain with the car. The car sits on 18-inch Chrome 5 spoke Cobra rims that really pop with the yellow exterior. Hop inside drop the top or kick on the A/C and get ready for an exhilarating ride.
