VEHICLE DESCRIPTION

Used 1956 Ford F100 for sale in Deer Valley, Arizona

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is humbled to offer what must surely be one of the most breathtaking big window 1956 Ford F100s in existence. With a build cost of over $320,000 and over $75,000 in body and custom paint work alone, it is completely clear that no expense was spared during the assembly of this masterpiece. The truck was originally built for renowned Hollywood Producer James Brubaker, who was integral to blockbuster hits such as Bruce Almighty (2003), The Nutty Professor (1996) and Cobra (1986) before finding its way to the current owner who has taken this breathtaking truck to the next level. It is literally a running, driving work of art. This 1956 Ford F100 is unashamedly the center of attention in its exceptional House of Color Ultra Orange Pearl with Egyptian Gold Pearl flames. The paint and body work were completed by Hog Wild Creations in Oxnard, California and prior to the paint the team there shaved the F100s driprails, removed its door handles added a one-off sculpted exterior cab visor and extended the rear fenders and running boards that envelope the fenders. The forward-tilting hood and custom tailgate were also installed. Inside the recognizable big window cabin, Jesses Interiors in Saticoy, California installed the Glide Engineering Ferrari leather seats, sculpted door panels, Mercedes-Benz tan wool carpeting and leather/suede accentuated headliner. Other notable interior options are: Vintage Air climate control, a leather-wrapped Colorado Custom steering wheel with Cruise Control and an upgraded Apple App radio audio system, Viper alarm, remote door poppers, windows and auto start controlled by a key fob. Now that weve delved into the aesthetics of the truck, a run down of the incredible engineering is in order. One of my favorite aspects of this truck is that it has the right powertrain by putting a Ford engine and transmission in a Ford. Under the hood of this 56 youll find a fully detailed and polished Ford 351 (5.8l) fuel injected motor tied to a Ford E40D 4-speed automatic transmission. The 351 features Ford Racing aluminum heads, Billet Specialties valve covers and an MSD ignition. The soundtrack is unmistakable through the thermal-coated Rewarder headers backed by Flowmaster mufflers. Make sure to look underneath this truck too as you will be met with something that looks just as good as whats visible above the asphalt. A fully chromed and polished Krugel Komponents independent front and rear suspension fitted with ShockWaves air ride technology are completely visible through the laminated safety glass pick-up bed floor. Wheels and tires on this F100 are 18 (front) and 20 (rear) Rallys from Intro Custom Wheel wrapped in brand new BF Goodrich tires and stopped with Wilwood brakes. This F100 for sale is THE showstopper at absolutely any occasion or event it graces its presence with and even better, this truck has not been on the show circuit, so we are confident its ready for you to win its fair share of Oscars.
