Based on the original Mustang, the Cougar was designed to be an upscale performance icon and an alternative to the popular Mustang. The Cougar was intentionally styled with a European flair to set it apart from other Pony Cars of the day. The concealed headlights were only offered on the first-generation cars, 1967-68-69. This Cougar has been cared for by its current owner since 1995 and has had many updates and modifications over the years.
