BACKGROUND: The Chevrolet Master and Master Deluxe are American passenger vehicles manufactured by Chevrolet between 1933 and 1942 to replace the 1933 Eagle. It was the more expensive model in the Chevrolet range at this time, with the Mercury and Standard providing a cheaper and smaller range between 1933 and 1937. From 1940 a more expensive version based on the Master Deluxe was launched called the Special Deluxe. (Source Wikipedia). This particular 1939 Chevrolet Master Deluxe has enjoyed a complete frame-off restoration and has been upgraded to include several modern creature-comforts, such as AM/FM radio with a compact disc player, power steering, seat belts, and air conditioning. The condition of the exterior paint is amazing. It is sporting a high-gloss deep powder-blue body with subtle silver flames across the front-end and slightly pass the side doors.
