VEHICLE DESCRIPTION

Used 1967 Dodge Coronet for sale in OFallon, Illinois

This fun to drive 1967 Dodge Coronet 440 is now for sale at our Gateway Classic Cars Showroom in Saint Louis. Please see your physical before driving this beast! BACKGROUND: The Coronet is an automobile that was marketed by Dodge as a full-size car in the 1950s, initially the divisions highest trim line but, starting in 1955, the lowest trim line. From the 1965 to 1975 model years the name was on intermediate-sized models. A coronet is a small crown consisting of ornaments fixed on a metal ring. The Fifth Generation Coronet (1965 - 1970) reappeared for the 1965 model year as the intermediate sized B-body using a 117-inch wheelbase. Trim levels initially were base Coronet including a Deluxe version, Coronet 440 and Coronet 500. This particular Fifth Generation Dodge Coronet 440 has a very intriguing red exterior paint that cant help but to draw closer attention. There are not any noticeable scratches, dents, or rust on the exterior of the body. The interior is built for fun, with racing seats, working gauges, and a convertible top that opens and closes smooth and tight. Updated specs this 1967 Dodge Coronet 440 include: Ported and Polished Heads (5.5 valves), Dugs headers, Exhaust Jet Hot Coated, Borla S.S. Mufflers, 727 Torqueflite, Cheetah Reverse Manual Valve Body, B&M Cable Shifter, BDS 671 Super Charger, Linkage, & Fuel Lines, Holly Blower Carbs, Denny Drive Shaft, Jacobs Computerized Ignition & Ultra Coil & Boost Control, Competition Engineering 4 Link & Subframe, Koni Al Shocks & Chrome Coil Overs, 8 3/4 Posi with 4:56 Gears Narrowed 10 Inch. Hoosier Radials 28 x 18, Weld Pro Star Rims, Holley Fuel Pumps, and All Braided Steel Lines & Fillings.
