VEHICLE DESCRIPTION

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this 1934 Chevy Coupe Hotrod for sale in our Indianapolis showroom. This beautifully prepared custom is presented in deep red with a gray interior has an extensive list of features that result in a high quality, great driving, head turning vehicle with 17963 miles on the odometer. The engine is a 350 bored .030 over with Dart heads and stainless steel 202 intake and 195 exhaust valves actuated by a Crane cam, Crane pushrods, and Crane rollertip rocker arms. A steel GM crank is supported by 4 bolt main bearings with GM Pink rods and TRW 7.5 pistons. This engine has always been lubricated by synthetic oil. A NASCAR Stewart high flow water pump, a 4 core Walker radiator, and Spal fans keep the engine cool, and an MSD distributor, coil, and controller, along with Taylor plug wires, handle the ignition. An underdriven B&M 671 blower fed by two Holley 750s and a Holley fuel pump deliver the fuel, and exhaust is Jet Hot coated HPC headers. The transmission is a TPI Performance 700 R-4 attached to a 9 inch rear end with 4:11 gears and limited slip. The chassis and body are likewise top notch. Big Tub Downs Manufacturing did the fiberglass body with suicide doors and the chassis is Downs pro-street. Anti-lock power disc brakes front and rear and a Mustang type front end mounting Weld 15 x 7 fronts plus Weld 15 x 14 rears are wrapped in BF Goodrich 185-65-15 radials front and Coker Pro-Trac 515/45 B15s radials rear. A rundown of other features includes: 15 gallon aluminum fuel tank, ididit telescoping steering column, Weld steering wheel that matches the wheels, vintage air conditioning with braided hoses, Halogen tail light by Julianos, Auto Meter gauges, Lokar shifter, and remote control power doors with keyless entry and power locks and windows by PowerTouch. A Kenwood AM/FM/CD player pumps out the sound and all of the electrics are connected via a Painless wiring harness. With an extensive collection of trophies including runner up for Good Guys Street Rod of the year, Best Dressed Motor, Best Exhaust, and many more, this tubbed Chevrolet coupe with suicide doors is a rare find.
