You’ll find a 1991 cc four-cylinder engine under the hood with the correct dual carburetors and a manual transmission, all of which appear factory correct and in great running shape. This prestigious classic has been really cared for throughout its lifetime as well and it is ready to be enjoyed right away.Beautifully Maintained by Current Owner Since 1968The current owner of this 1960 Triumph TR3 A Roadster purchased it all the way back in 1968 from the original owner and he informs us that he has enjoyed it sparingly over the past 50 years. This example certainly is not your typical neglected barn find since it appears highly original with maintenance receipts dating back decades to show its proper care. It comes with four factory hubcaps, a top with side windows. We can’t say for sure if the drivetrain is original but everything does look factory correct throughout.Additionally, this 1960 Triumph TR3 A 2 Door Roadster shows average signs of wear for a survivor of this magnitude. The engine compartment in particular stands out because nothing has really changed except for some of the wiring and a few trim pieces. You’ll find that the interior is just as correct with a nice natural patina and the correct instrument cluster. There are some imperfections from aging, but then again many collectors would say that it only adds to this example’s charm.
