This is the coupe version of the LS1 5.7l powered Corvette featuring an excellent 4L60-E automatic transmission and 3:15 gears. The engine and transmission are original to the car, as you would expect from a car that has only done 25,080 since it left the factory over 15 years ago. The car is finished in the factory Light Pewter with a black leather interior. Options include air conditioning, AM/FM Bose stereo with 12 disc CD player, active handling, heated mirrors, fog lamps, heads up display, performance handling package, glass Targa 1 pc top, cruise control, power seats with lumbar, power brakes, steering, locks, windows and mirrors, anti-lock brakes, traction control, tilt and telescopic wheel, keyless entry, seat belts, driver and passenger airbag, run-flat radial tires, LSD and aluminum alloy wheels. This is a member of the C5 Corvette family that ran from 1997-2004. It was the perfect blend of reliability, fuel-mileage and drivability, while simultaneously allowing for big power and a great aftermarket scene with a massive amount of performance upgrade options. The C5 is competitive in regards to 0–60 mph acceleration times with almost all premium sports cars of its era, including the Aston Martin DB7 Vantage, and the Ferrari 355. A composite of published performance numbers for the base-model coupé and convertible gives a 0–60 mph time of around 4.5 seconds, and a standing quarter-mile time of around 13.3 seconds at 108 mph (both times for a vehicle equipped with the 6-speed manual transmission).
