For sale in our Fort Lauderdale showroom is this super nice 1982 Chevrolet Corvette Collector’s Edition. The story begins in Bowling Green, Kentucky where the car was assembled. Originally delivered and sold at AutoNation Chevrolet in Fort Lauderdale. You can easily tell if it’s a real Collector’s Edition. Only the CE Series 6th digit in the VIN is a “0”. This car has the 0 in the VIN and it also looks like the car has 0 miles on it. This Vette is in extremely nice condition. The exterior paint looks fantastic and the C3 comes with one rare option. As stated on the Window Sticker, Option # V54 Roof Panel Carrier. This option allows you to store the T-Tops in the rear on the car. The whole luggage/storage room behind the seats will be available for you. The T-Tops and decals are in great condition too. Open the door and you will find an extra clean interior. At this point you will know that this C3 was always babied. Of course, you can expect a clean engine compartment. The L83 engine runs superbly. The 5.7 liter pushes the Vette over the asphalt and with the 4-speed automatic transmission, this car means fun. It’s a pleasure to cruise in the car. Even on long road trips you will have a lot of comfort. The car probably has every available option in 1982. A/C, Power Seats, Power Windows/Mirrors, Cruise Control are just a few to mention.
