The iconic Chevrolet Chevelle was introduced in 1964 and was soon to become one of Chevrolets most successful nameplates. In 1968, the Chevelle received newly sculpted sheet metal which included tapered front fenders and a rounded beltline. This Chevelle looks absolutely stunning with its long hood and high rear quarter panels. This specific Chevelle left the factory as a 396CID car so its badges are true to its roots. Under the hood of this Chevelle rests a 396CID Big Block V8 which is for the most part in its original format. This 396 is equipped with original heads and Intake, Edelbrock Carburetor and a set of headers. Translating all of this power to the pavement is a Turbo400 Transmission that does an amazing job of putting the power down. The whole engine compartment has been fully painted and dressed in chrome for that show quality look and feel. This Chevelle sports a very shiny coat of Gold Metallic that makes this beast stand out from the rest. This Chevelle also has an Onyx Black interior with a floor mounted Staple Shifter and the very cool Rolling Tachometer option that was available for the Chevelle.
