We have a beautiful 1967 Shelby Cobra Replica at the Milwaukee Showroom here at Gateway Classic Cars. It is coated in Aztec Red with red stripes. It features a sporty black interior with Simpson 5-point racing harness and chrome roll bar. It also features a new Robbins convertible top. The engine is a 428 Ford FE V8 bored .030 over that is balanced and blueprinted making for a hellacious amount of power when put under the small roadster body. This legend of an engine is backed by a 4-speed Ford top loader transmission with a Hurst shifter which engages smoothly and makes for the feel of true American muscle with maximum control. The new Eagle Good Year racing tires (have only 10 miles on them) are wrapped around the aluminum rims and feature raised white lettering on the sidewall to set off a tough vintage look that seems true to the Cobras racing heritage that it was originally designed for. The rear end is out of a Jaguar XJ6 with featuring a limited slip differential making for precise handling and ensuring sufficient traction considering the small size of the car in ratio to the large power plant under the hood.
