This awesome one-off custom 1935 Buick Series 40 is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. Streetrods have been a staple in the car for world for an extremely long time. This Streetrod has been customized to a degree that is sure to make the next owner proud to call it their own. Starting with smoothing the body by removing the bumpers the car began to take shape. The opera windows were closed off with a custom skull carved into a piece of sheet metal which was laid on top. Turn on the red LED behind it and watch as it comes to life. The skull theme is carried on into the grill which is one of the neatest pieces I have seen. The red lights behind it illuminate it and help to showoff how much detail went into this build. Even the side marker lights have been cut out into skulls, but the best has to be the custom hood ornament with its little red eyes glowing at you. The body has been sitting back on the original frame which was cleaned up for a nicer look. The front end has been switched out to a more modern Mustang II style giving it a better ride. The rear end is courtesy of a S10 with the ladder bar suspension helping to plant all the power to the ground. Speaking of power, the 383 stroker under that hood is enough to wake the dead. Consisting of Procomp Aluminum Heads, a Holley 750 Double Pumper, and HEI Distributor this is one rowdy small block. An aluminum dress up kit makes it look good while Hedman Headers take care of the exhaust. The Richmond 4 speed makes this rod, a blast to drive and something not seen in too many of them. Open the doors and you will notice its a clear shot straight through with no B pillar to obstruct the view. With reinforcements added you dont have to worry about the body beginning to sag over time. The front seats are out of a 95 Mustang and have been recovered to match the rest of the car. Although it appears to have manual windows hit the handle down or up and the power window moves accordingly.
