It was a surprise gift for his wife and had a special Cadillac Dedication Plaque inscribed to "Eva May" placed on the dashboard. For the next 35+ years, this special vehicle was garaged at their family winter home in Boca Raton, Florida and only enjoyed a few weeks per year. With a production run limited to 5,000 Elegante editions back in 1978 to cater to ultra-high end clientele, this is likely the nicest survivor nationwide at this time due to its incredible care over the past 40 years. The 2nd owner of this 1978 Cadillac Seville Elegante took possession in 2015 and maintained the same incredibly high standards. He has converted this beautiful sedan over to R134a with a new A/C compressor, plus updated the headlamps to halogen and tinted the windows. This amazing vehicle drives like a brand new classic and the ride quality is truly second to none- it glides down the open road exactly like a well-kept Cadillac should.
