Prior to the paint was applied the body was taken down to bare metal and prepped correctly. The paint is 8 years old and still shines wonderfully. The white vinyl top is free from any rips or tears and goes up and down smoothly. The white vinyl interior is free from rips or tears but does show some age. Powering this 1969 Malibu Convertible is a 350 CID V8 engine with an Edelbrock carburetor and a chrome air filter. A TH-350 automatic transmission transfers the power to the 10-bolt rear end that houses 2.73 gears. Front and rear sway bars were added at some point along the way, and the rest of the suspension was recently gone through to create an awesome driving classic Chevrolet. The odometer reads 66,008, but the actual mileage is unknown.
