The Cutlass was introduced in 1961 as the top trim level for the Oldsmobile line and after 5 decades you hardly see them on the road or even at the local car shows. You certainly are not likely to find one in this condition with the amount of restoration this car was lucky to have. The solid and straight body panels have been re-sprayed in a stunning metallic silver over a correct red interior that makes this car stand out in the crowd. All exterior trim and chrome look show-ready and the contrasting red interior was all recently restored utilizing the finest period-correct materials available. Everything on the interior from the loop-pile carpeting huge plastic steering wheel with trim ring and padded dash look fantastic. On this Olds the fun doesnt stop with the aesthetics and that is evident as soon as you open the hood to reveal the 425 Cubic Inch V8 that sounds tough and propels this car up to highway speed without hesitation. Edelbrock heads have been added as well as an HVC II coil to get plenty of fire to those cylinders.
