By 1960 Cadillac kept a very similar style to the 1959 but was toned down to appeal to more drivers that wanted a car that represented The Standard of the World. Designer Ed Taylor incorporated the thin tail light lenses that were recessed into a smaller but still prominent tail fin that kept with the popular Jet Styling.
