For sale in our St. Louis showroom is a very rare very unique 1957 Chevrolet Apache Cameo 3124. The odometer on this 57 Chevrolet Apache Cameo reads 54908 which are believed to be the actual miles to the body/frame. Options for this 1957 Chevrolet Apache Cameo 3124 include: AM Radio Power Steering Vinyl Interior and White Wall Radial Tires. The Chevrolet model 3124 also known as the Cameo featured car-like stying lines fiberglass rear fenders and two-tone paint. These trucks were also know for their luxurious interiors. The Cameo truck was not a cheap truck due to its more expensive styling. Sales did not start off well for this generation which is the reason for the low production numbers just over 2200 produced in 1957. Today the Cameo 3124 is looked at as one of the inspirations for the modern day SUV and certainly a direct link to the El Camino and Ranchero which debuted a few years later. The two-tone vinyl interior is also in good condition free from any rips tears and serious wear. The power steering helps maneuver this classic truck in tight spots like your local car show or a mall parking lot.
