Finished in Ermine White over Black, this numbers-matching Vette has been unrestored except for a paint refresh from a GM dealership several years ago. This beauty is in top condition! Ready to drive or show, this beauty will have jaws dropping! This is the real deal, NUMBERS MATCHING, 1963 Chevrolet Split Window Corvette, with an original 17,132 miles on the odometer. It was born on September 19, 1962 ans was the 53rd Corvette sport body coupe (documented from Chevrolet Motor Division) to roll off the production line. It was produced on the second day of production in the St. Louis assembly plant. This vehicle is 99% original, as the paint was refreshed in 2014 at the G.M. dealership. The vehicle was professionally striped down to it's rare white fiberglass and then painted. All bonding strips are intact. The carpet was replaced and the tail light lenses were replaced due to pitting (original lenses come with vehicle). The Cooling Fan Blade was also replaced with a 7 blade fan, not the original 5 blade fan, in 1964 for better cooling. Other then the mentioned items, this Vette is original. This Corvette is fully functional down to the clock and the Wonderbar AM Radio. Make no mistake about it, NUMBERS ARE MATCHING BOTH INSIDE AN OUT. This has the original carburetor with tag and it was rebuilt to OEM specs and reinstalled. What does original mean? This is a term that has different meanings to different people.
