This 1975 Chevrolet Corvette is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. 1975 was the 7th year of the now iconic Stingray or C3 style. With the fenders bulging up and out gave these beautys a look that absolutely screams muscle. This would be the first year for a number of emission control features from the now very common catalytic convertor to the all new state of the art HEI or High Energy Ignition. With the EPA off its back for now they began to focus on safety. The newly redesigned front and rear bumpers greatly improved the low-speed crash survivability. Not only was it safer but now that it was all one piece it looked much better as well. This 75 C3 looks great with the slick white paint appearing to be very fresh. The body lines look great with fitment of all the panels being very nice and straight. The lights work and go up and down as they should with the vacuum system being in good shape. Pop the classic cowl hood forward and a very clean small block stares back at you. Believed to have less than 20 thousand miles since the motor was gone through this small block will start right up with not a lick of smoke. The chrome air cleaner looks very good sitting atop the 4 barrel carburetor with the factory valve covers still in excellent shape. The compressor seems to be in working order as you can hear it when the AC is turned on however the owner believes it needs a charge. Open the door and you will see a very plush and in demand burgundy interior. The bucket seats are in great condition and with the tilt wheel making it rather comfortable. The best part though is when you look up thatâ??s right itâ??s a t top car. With a simple flip of two handles on each side you get all of the qualities of a convertible with the looks of a coupe. It truly is the best of both worlds and with the supplied custom bags the T tops will store securely in the back with no worries of damage to them. The only worry left will be how you are going to fix your hair.
